Your session begins with an assessment with BioIntelligence Scan to understand your mobility goals and areas of tension. Your Stretch Therapist will create a detailed plan to guide your body through customized stretches designed to relieve tightness, improve flexibility, and promote relaxation.
Yes. To maintain our high standard of service and minimize wait times, appointments are required. Same-day bookings may be available based on therapist and room availability.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to check in, change, and settle into the relaxation lounge before your treatment begins.
Comfortable clothing is best. For spa treatments, you will be provided with robes, towels, and any necessary attire. For stretch therapy or body scan assessments, wear fitted, flexible clothing.
Yes. Treatments involving technology (red light, cryotherapy, body sculpting, etc.) require a brief wellness consultation to ensure safety and suitability.

Cancellations made 6–12 hours before the appointment cannot be refunded. All Cancellation has to be made 24 hours before appointment.
